Terms Of Service
Service Agreement
Purpose: This Service Agreement outlines the scope, responsibilities, and terms agreed upon between the Service Provider and the Client for the provision of services as described herein.
1. Parties
This agreement is made between Lucas Turner hereinafter referred to as the "Service Provider", and the client hereinafter referred to as the "Client".
2. Effective Date and Term
This Agreement is effective as of the date of booking and shall remain in effect until the session is over. unless terminated earlier in accordance with the terms outlined herein.
3. Description of Services
The Service Provider agrees to perform the following services for the Client:
Intuitive Coaching and Guidance:
Every session is not the same. Each session will depend on the client.
4. Payment Terms
The Client agrees to compensate the Service Provider as follows:

Rate: per session based on booking 30 min or One Hour

Payment Due: At the time of booking unless otherwise agreed by Lucas Turner

Payment Method: Debit/ Credit
5. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding any sensitive information exchanged during the course of this agreement, unless disclosure is required by law or mutually agreed upon in writing.
7. Termination
This agreement may be terminated by either party upon notice no less then 48 hrs before your session.. Upon termination, the Service Provider shall not be entitled to payment and payment shall be refunded.
8. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be resolved by the client and Lucas Turner
9. Agreement
This HOLD HARMLESS AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is made effective on the date of booking by and between Lucas Turner/ LucasTurner.Info and or any people or persons associated within,of who will be protected from any and all liability and the client. Both are sometimes individually referred to as “Party” and collectively referred to as the “Parties.”‘
WHEREAS, the client will agree to hold harmless Lucas Turner/ LucasTurner.Info and or any people or persons associated within, from any claims and/or litigation arising out of actions in connection with this website or any services provided.
10. BOOKING
All sessions are non refundable unless the session has been requested to be canceled 48 hours before the session time.However exceptions
to this can apply based on each case.
